Return / Exchange Policy

Our customers are our priority. Because we care for you and strive to provide you with the best of services, we also offer you a 30 days return and exchange offer.

If by any means you are not happy and satisfied with the products you purchase with Jnriver, you can return them or get them exchanged within a period of 30 days. However, it is imperative that the products are not defected by default and have not been used within the above mentioned time duration.

Your happiness is our priority and if you are not happy with your purchases you can return it back to us or get it exchanged. However the product needs to be in its original unused condition, in its packing and with all the necessary tags and documents along. Remember that you can try the product for your fittings but it should be returned in a resalable condition.

In case your product is different from what you ordered, you can send us an image together with the items you ordered and we will make changes or refunds after investigation. If the product turns out to be defective, send it back to us and we will make sure you get the best pieces possible.

Remember postal and shipping charges for return or exchange are responsibilities of the customer. If you want to return and exchange any product from Jnriver  you need to pay the shipping rates and return would be made after deduct the shipping fee only.

If you need to return the purchase, return it via a trustable courier company as we might need to track orders under various circumstances. If the product has defects by default we will refund and pay for the shipping charges however if you happen to be unsatisfied with the product, you will bear all shipping and courier charges. Once the item is received by us, we will send you a confirmation email.



Please note that returned items MUST be unused, in original condition/packaging they were received in and with all the tags and labels attached.  Please return your items with insured postal service or courier to avoid loss due to item being lost as cannot be held liable for the missing of items in transit for returns from buyers. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless they have received something SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED. If the buyer selects wrong size so we will not be responsible at all.
